ABOUT THE EVENT & LOCATION
Vinewood Market is an outdoor event located in Topeka, Kansas at The Historic Vinewood, 2948 SE 29th St. across from Lake Shawnee. The Vinewood sits on 5+ beautiful acres. Directly in front of The Vinewood sits The Shack which is legendary for their hamburgers. Lake Shawnee is just across 29th St. and has many camping ground locations, a beautiful garden and more. It’s the perfect setting for a unique vendor marketing and craft fair. We hope you’ll join us.
Vendors receive a 20×20 space to set up their wares. No amenities are provided. You must bring your own table, chairs, canopy, etc. The cost is $100 per 20×20 space.
Electricity is available for a limited number of vendors for an additional $25.
An extremely limited number of indoor vending spots are available. These are for vendors who have high-end products and must be approved by The Vinewood. These spaces are $250 but come with tables and chairs. Call 785-633-1023 to discuss if interested.
Vendor booth space must be reserved by Monday, October 12. Deadline was extended due to online technical issues on October 6 & 7. If you previously tried to register online to no avail, please try again. Thank you!
Spots are only reserved with payment. In assigning vendor spots,we will take note of when reservation is confirmed.
*The earlier you register, the better the spot (although all spots are great) but you know the drill. Get in your reservation.

Q: Are there any special COVID-19 requirements for the 2020 Vinewood Market?
A: Yes. Vendors and guests are encouraged to wear masks when directly interacting with each other. Booth spaces will be distanced and there will be ample room in the walkways to accommodate shoppers.
Q: What are the hours?
A: Published hours for the Vinewood Market are Saturday from 8am – 4pm and Sunday from 8am – 2pm. Vendors are expected to be set-up and ready to sell by 8am Saturday morning and to not load out until 2pm Sunday.
Due to the grounds, setup, parking and safety, vendors will not be allowed to load out until 2pm on Sunday.
If this is prohibitive, please call us at 785-633-1023 prior to registering for a vendor booth to ensure we are able to accommodate your adjusted schedule needs.
Q: What is the vendor space size and cost?
A: $100 for a 20′ x 20′ vendor space for both days. You must stay within your boundary lines which will be marked.
Q: What about camping / electricity / etc.
A: The Vinewood is not set-up for camping; although a limited number of electric powered vendor booths are available, there is no readily available electricity.
Grills are not allowed and there are to be absolutely no fires. There are camping accommodations across 29th St. at Lake Shawnee.
Q: Are refunds, rollovers or rain dates available?
A: No. No refunds and we do not have a rain date schedule.
Q: How are taxes handled at Vinewood Market?
A: Payment of Kansas Sales Taxes are the responsibility of the vendor. By law, all vendor information must be provided by the event organizer to the Kansas Department of Revenue. The Kansas Department of Revenue provides the following link with the proper form to report your sales tax receipts to the Kansas Department of Revenue: https://www.ksrevenue.org/pdf/CTE-50.pdf (This form is good for all special events and shows in Kansas.)
- No food or beverages may be sold without explicit permission from The Vinewood. The Vinewood will have one or two food trucks available on site during the event as well as a cash bar selling water, soda, beer and wine.
- No outside alcoholic beverages are to be brought on the grounds and consumed during event hours per Kansas Liquor Laws. All beverages are to be purchased through The Vinewood and you must have a valid ID.
- Garbage cans and dumpsters are located to the west of the building. Vendors are expected to clean-up and pick up all trash, keeping the grounds clean at all times; leaving their space as good as it was on arrival.
- The Vinewood is not responsible for injuries or lost or stolen goods. Security is provided for the overall grounds and event, but this does not relieve the vendor from being responsible for all their merchandise.
